The Campus: A Home and More
Our mission is to build a holistic children's and development campus in Agou-Akplolo (Greater Kpalimé area). On a four-hectare property, which was provided by the local community, a protected space is being created step by step that is far more than just shelter. At its heart is a children's home. Here, orphans and children in extreme poverty find a safe home. But we don't just build walls – we build perspectives. The children receive holistic support – academic, health, emotional, and social – until they can lead their lives independently. If you choose to support this project, you help make these structures become reality step by step.
Creating Lasting Values
Sustainability is a central principle of Kossivi's HOPE. We don't think in short-term solutions, but in generations – with the goal of anchoring hope permanently. Together with volunteers from the community, a campus is growing step by step that connects different areas of life.
Help for Self-Help
The project is deliberately built step by step, adapted to the real possibilities on site. Our goal is to create structures that promote independence, use local resources, and can function independently in the long term. Education, agriculture, community, and responsibility are intertwined. We don't want permanent dependency, but to empower children to one day take responsibility for themselves and their society.
